Semarang — Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) has officially opened enrollment for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway in the Medical Physicist Professional Study Program (PPFM). This program is designed for professionals who have prior academic backgrounds and work experience in medical physics and seek formal recognition through professional education.
The RPL PPFM program provides an opportunity for eligible candidates to convert their prior learning and professional experience into academic credit, enabling them to pursue the Medical Physicist Professional qualification more efficiently. The admission process includes an Academic Aptitude Test (TPA/TPS), a mandatory English proficiency test, and a program-specific assessment, which may consist of written examinations and/or interviews.
🧑🎓Eligibility Requirements
Applicants for the RPL pathway must meet one of the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Medical Physicist Registration Certificate (STR) with at least three years of professional experience after completing Medical Physicist Professional Training, or
- Have completed KKNI Level 7 or 8 equivalency, possess an STR, and have a minimum of three years of professional experience, or
- Be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or Nuclear Engineering, possess an STR, and have at least five years of professional experience.
- In addition, applicants are required to submit a recommendation letter from the Indonesian Health Council (KKI) or a related authorized institution, along with a professional portfolio endorsed by their direct supervisor and supported by relevant documentation.
The RPL PPFM program reflects UNDIP’s commitment to supporting lifelong learning and strengthening the competence of medical physics professionals in Indonesia. Through this program, experienced practitioners are expected to enhance their professional qualifications and contribute more effectively to the healthcare sector.
